Hh

HEAL~T~H: yesterday i woke up thinking about health, the spirit of health and wellness, transformation and healing

Hh 7th letter in the Sugboanon Bisaya alphabet, pronounced ‘ha’

hangin  = (bisayan) wind, moving air

i remind myself to take a breath from time to time in the whirlwind of modern living where endless work forces us to fit endless work in a day. so i breathe and listen to the wind. i listen to my breath. Kailangan ko ng hangin. (tagalog) I need air. i reminisce about the panday, the boat builder in bohol, two summers ago, as he skillfully work on a motorboat under a makeshift tarp cover blown away by the gusty wind to evade the burning rays of the noontime sun. i wonder if the boat is sailing today………

wishlist bucket dreams of flowing waters

dear balik sa dagat bangka journey friends, you may have noticed that my blogs have declined. as you know, this is an all volunteer crew, a volunteer blogger with a wonderful fiscal sponsor, monsoon, as we look forward to your contributions. we ask for your patience and we need your support. please be reminded of bsdbj’s wishlist bucket so that we may complete a seaworthy bangka. constructing the bangka at the bangka-yard has been on hold for various reasons and the main one is lack of financial funds. we have been diligent in working on a strong foundation by creating a curriculum on healing with NAPIESV and its collaborations. we have also been immersed in community activities that fills our soul with joy.we are blessed, we are thankful. daghang mabuhay! ~ leng leng
