this past winter 2013, i met elena who is working on a youth project building either a lepa lepa or paraw in O’ahu, Hawai’i, under the F.O.B. project. Recently, I heard from kuya lorenzo as i have not heard from him since fall 2013, he emails me with a ‘i am building a paraw!’ project in Davao, Mindanao to be launched this spring. Yet, another paraw soon to be launched in the spring season is a palawan paraw in Palawan, Philippines. (photo by lakbayjuan 2014)
